What's good to know
You'll use this service when the other party is presenting you with contracts to sign in connection with buying or selling a property. Most often these are the reservation agreement, the future contract agreement, the purchase agreement and the attorney escrow agreement. Contracts prepared in this way are often unbalanced and fail to take both parties' interests into account — and that's true right from the reservation agreement.
Even the reservation agreement itself is very important, although buyers often don't pay it enough attention. It is precisely there that the basic parameters of all the following contracts are bindingly set, and it often contains high penalties too. A mistake or an unfavourable provision at this start then follows you through the whole transaction.
As part of the service, I review all the contracts submitted to you. This includes legal due diligence on the property, checking the wording of the contracts and pointing out shortcomings, proposing amendments and incorporating those amendments into the contract texts.
You choose the option that suits you. Either you use the fixed price of CZK 15,000, for which I'll guide you through the entire process from A to Z, or you choose the hourly rate of CZK 3,000, where each step can be priced and approved in advance, so you have your costs fully under control.
